As our business has grown rapidly in both scale and complexity, we are now looking for a versatile and organised Production Coordinator to support the Production team.

A highly organised individual with a proactive approach to problem solving - you will help manage the daily demands of production alongside ad hoc studio tasks.

We are a global marketplace and platform giving creators the tools to manufacture, promote, sell and distribute their own limited-edition apparel through pre-order campaigns (and helping shoppers make better buying decisions in the process).

Our mission is to champion creativity, supporting grassroots creators while reducing the waste in fashion. Think ASOS for the new generation.

We are an ambitious, tight-knit and happy bunch who get together and get stuff done out of our lovely Dalston office (right behind the best coffee shop in London). A typical week involves fruit bowls, team sports, trips to the pub and free-lunch Fridays. ✌️🌱


85% of your time will be spent managing the following tasks:

Quality checking, approving and submitting artwork

Answering production enquiries from the wider team i.e dispatch updates, artwork queries, checking stock levels

Helping the Production team send campaigns to print, source print ready artwork and resolve garment issues

Placing orders of sample & bulk garments, monitoring deliveries, finding solutions to any issues that arise 

Controlling stock and place orders for our blank range

Managing failed deliveries - logging & recording all returned orders and contacting buyers to arrange redelivery

Creating monthly reports on failed deliveries 

Booking couriers

Updating weekly dispatch sheets

Ad hoc

Assisting with Customer Support enquiries through Zendesk particularly over peak periods

Studio Management

15% of your time will be spent managing the following tasks:

Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running and upkeep of the studio

Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages accurately

Ordering office supplies, stationary and general office equipment

Ensuring all new starters have a computer/laptop and IT all set up ahead of first day

Arranging weekly office tidy inc. removing boxes for recycling, tidying away spare t-shirts and keeping packing area clear

Sustainability (People and Planet) 

Work with the sustainability team to implement sustainable actions within the Production team

Take a participative role in the company’s sustainability initiative and ensure, where possible, your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish

Background & Skills

At least 1 year’s office experience

Comfortable working to deadlines and ability to time manage across multiple task

Highly organised with a calm approach to a busy workload

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

High level of accuracy

Strong organisational skills

Excellent verbal & written communication and time management

Detail and quality oriented

Proficient with excel and reporting a plus
